代价却比较大，因为对基地攻击表示战争已经升级，而在初期却要接受B-21造成的损失，因此对基地攻击是必须拥有的手段，但必须要有拒止战略，反隐身雷达、远程红外与搜索感知系统更是我们手中有力的武器，作为B-2升级版的B-21，再也不会有B-2的辉煌成绩了。
