战略忽悠局（Strategic Fooyou Agency，简称SFA），是我军队的重要部门。编制上属于总参某二级部。据说现任局长为张召忠少将，政治委员为金灿荣，副局长尹卓少将、戴旭上校。
The bureau is mainly responsible for "interpreting" and "clarifying" various news and rumors, and "disclosing" information in various ways. The purpose is to disrupt the vision of all parties, cover our strategic attempt, or guide domestic and foreign public opinion.
