SFA的前身是一个名为FooYou的组织，成立于2007年。当时，“50美分组织”（由当地政府雇佣的网络评论员，每发一条帖子就赚50美分）在互联网上泛滥，旨在混淆和操纵公众意见。一群担心国家未来的爱国者认为言论自由受到侵犯，应该采取措施阻止这种趋势。基于这一共同的理念，第一届FooYou大会在浙江省杭州市西湖的一条船上举行。共有13名代表出席了大会并成立了FooYou组织。此外，他们还为这个新生机构制定了原则和口号。

At first, FooYou's original purpose was to deal with the "50 Cent Party" and guarantee freedom of expression. However, in 2012, Google closed its domain name in Chinese Mainland and transferred its services to Hong Kong. This makes the management smell the danger. After all, the fundamental goal of FooYou is to emancipate the mind bound by dogma and lead the whole country to freedom. But without Google, the beacon of freedom and democracy, how can FooYou accomplish this arduous task.
起初，FooYou的最初目的是对付“50美分党”并保障言论自由。然而，2012年，谷歌关闭了其在中国大陆的域名，并将其服务转移至香港。这让管理层嗅到了危险。毕竟，FooYou的根本目标是解放被教条束缚的思想，带领整个国家走向自由。但如果没有谷歌这个自由和民主的灯塔，FooYou怎么能完成这项艰巨的任务。
Therefore, this year's second FooYou Conference was held at Chengdu North Road, Shanghai. Although FooYou had 195 members at that time, only 12 representatives attended the meeting in case of information leakage. Most of them are managers. During the current conference, FooYou organization was transformed into the current strategic FooYou organization, and 12 representatives formulated the principle and slogan again. The representatives reached an agreement on recruiting new members and increasing the exposure of nuclear weapons.
因此，今年第二届FooYou大会在上海成都北路举行。虽然FooYou当时有195名成员，但在信息泄露的情况下，只有12名代表出席了会议。他们中的大多数人都是经理。在本届大会期间，FooYou组织转变为当前的战略FooYou机构，12名代表重新制定了该原则和口号。代表们就招募新成员和增加核武器的曝光率达成了协议。
